we started off in key largo where we were deep sea fishing guides and then we went to argentina where we tended bar at a little place on the beach and then we somehow ended up in denver where i worked at a record shop and he worked as a valet for some fancy restaurant and when we got tired of denver we went to work on a ranch in nevada for a coupla months to earn some money and then we decided it would be a good idea to try out los angeles and try to make it to the silver screen and after a few small parts each we decided it was time to climb a big mountain so we blew all our money on a trek to the top of mckinley and then we worked in the canneries in alaska for awhile to make back our money and then we hitchhiked down to oregon where we picked up some jobs at a lumberyard and then we did our big tour of europe going around and meeting all sorts of bums just like us from all over the world and regretting sometimes that we never settled down with this old girl or that but drowning our doubts in action any time they bubbled to the surface which wasnt often because we were so busy
