i guess 2042 is our 1984 sort of but there is no big brother character or is there in fact a subversive and invisible brother that we cant really detect because he silently slipped into our lives like a wire tap which is so electric and thin that it is impossible for it to really even be called a thing even though people say they put a tap on the phone but i have never seen any tap on a phone but i guess since i have never knowingly seen a tapped phone i wouldnt even know what to look for if i had a tap in front of me looking me in the eye like a dog wagging its ugly tail as it mocks my lack of perception and i just realized that i fucking hate wire taps and their stupid little hairy tails and everything their tails stand erect for like a dong trying to find its way into my mouth as i desperately try to avoid it and saying im not like that to politely tell it that i dont swing that way and i stick to humans instead of misnouned adjectives and verbs that have the mark of shame flying from their tails erect in the air like a flagpole
