they is a word and i know im not the first one to say it but many times there is no antecedent and it really annoys people who think they are smart when someone says something like they say if you take an aspirin every day then youll never die or when someone asks a question like what are they saying about the conflict in iraq these days and in fact come to think of it it seems that they have some sort of monopoly on medicine and the news because doctors are just telling you what they are saying and the anchormen are just a mouthpiece for them as they obviously just repeat whatever they tell them to say but the really great anchormen like a cronkite or a rather add some flair to their broadcast and you know that you cant say something with any amount of flair and expect it to retain all its original meaning cause flair changes and thats a fact so when the american viewing public turns on the news they may mistake the anchormen for them which is an honest mistake due to the flair addition and really in a way the anchorman is representative of them but anyone who talks about they or them around me leaves my presence with a black eye and a broken nose
